Gariga — central Sardinia and natural BIO condiments

Extra virgin olive oil first. Mediterranean flavour second.

Gariga’s flavoured collection starts with Sardinian organic extra virgin olive oil and builds four clear profiles — lemon, rosemary, chilli and garlic.

Gariga — producer and flavoured collection

A Sardinian producer with a serious EVOO range and a practical Mediterranean flavour line.

Based in Ottana, in the heart of Sardinia, Gariga produces classic blends, organic oils, selected monocultivars and ceramic Art bottles. Its flavoured collection extends that olive-oil identity rather than replacing it.

Gariga at the source

Gariga is rooted in central Sardinia, where the landscape is dry, aromatic and unmistakably Mediterranean. The producer’s range begins with extra virgin olive oil: everyday blends, organic formats and oils shaped by native Sardinian cultivars. The flavoured bottles belong to the same producer story — they are not anonymous carrier oils with a perfume added later.

How the flavoured oils are created

Gariga presents the range as organic condiments based on extra virgin olive oil. Natural Mediterranean ingredients give each bottle a clear direction. Where lyophilised ingredients are used, water is removed gently before the ingredient meets the oil, helping retain a recognisable aroma while reducing the moisture carried into the condiment. This is a controlled producer process, not the same as placing fresh herbs or garlic into a bottle at home.

Limone — brightness without covering the food

The lemon profile adds a clean citrus lift to fish, shellfish, salads, carpaccio, steamed vegetables and cold pasta. Use it near the end of cooking or directly at the table so the fresh aromatic character stays clear.

A second look at Limone — simple food, sharper finish

The value of a good lemon condiment is precision. A small drizzle can replace several last-minute steps and bring acidity-like freshness without adding lemon juice to the plate. It works especially well where the oil should remain visible and the food should still taste like itself.

Rosmarino — the herbal side of Sardinia

Rosemary gives the oil a warm, resinous Mediterranean character. It suits roast potatoes, focaccia, lamb, grilled vegetables, beans and rustic bread. Brush lightly before roasting, then add a fresh drizzle after cooking for a clearer aroma.

Peperoncino — controlled heat, not a blunt burn

The chilli version is designed to add warmth while keeping the olive oil present. It is a natural partner for pizza, pasta, legumes, grilled meat, soups and bruschetta. Add gradually: the best result supports the dish rather than overwhelming it.

Aglio — savoury depth with everyday convenience

Garlic brings depth to pasta, bruschetta, roast vegetables, marinades, beans and grilled food. The prepared condiment gives a repeatable garlic character without needing to crush fresh cloves every time, while the extra virgin olive oil remains the base of the flavour.
