My connection with Sardinia began more than two decades ago.
In 2004, I travelled to the island for the first time. As a surveyor and construction worker, I spent eight months working on a house project in Olbia. It was my first real experience of Italy, its people, culture and way of life.
What started as a work opportunity quickly became something much more meaningful.
During those months, I discovered an island unlike any other. The warmth of its people, the simplicity of its lifestyle, the incredible food and the breathtaking landscapes left a lasting impression on me.
Since then, Sardinia has become a part of my life.
For over twenty years, I have returned regularly with my family, often several times a year, to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the island, its outstanding cuisine and views that never lose their magic no matter how many times you see them.
More Than a Product
Over the years, I developed a deep appreciation for the traditions and quality that Sardinia represents.
One product, in particular, always stood out: extra virgin olive oil.
On Sardinia, olive oil is not simply an ingredient. It is part of everyday life, family gatherings and a culture that values quality, authenticity and respect for nature.
The more time I spent on the island, the more I understood why Sardinian olive oil is so highly regarded.
