Lyophilised means freeze-dried. It is a gentle preservation method that removes water at low temperature while helping retain natural aroma, flavour and character.

For ingredients such as lemon, rosemary, garlic, chilli, basil, oregano and truffle, this means the flavour remains clean and recognisable without relying on artificial flavourings.
