The first Gariga delivery is on its way to the United Kingdom. For Authentic Oliv Co, this is not about filling a shop with random bottles. The aim is to introduce oils that people can understand, taste and use immediately.
The flavoured oils have already attracted strong interest because they are easy to imagine in everyday food: lemon with fish and salads, garlic with pasta and pizza, chilli with grilled meat, rosemary with potatoes and focaccia.
Why the flavoured oils matter
Many customers start with flavoured oils because the use is clear. A bottle of Peperoncino is easy to understand. A bottle of Limone immediately suggests seafood, salads and summer dishes. This makes the range practical for homes, farm shops, delis and restaurants.
The classic EVOO collection
The classic oils are where Gariga’s Sardinian character becomes more serious. Birde, Ramine, Ruju and Oro each have their own profile and their own role in the kitchen. Some are more structured, some more aromatic, some more versatile for everyday Mediterranean cooking.
What happens next
Once the shipment lands in the UK, stock will be checked and the first ordering information will be released. Trade enquiries from restaurants, delis, farm shops and specialist food retailers are welcome before launch.
